Initial checklist

  1. Jiobit is powered on.
  2. Please make sure the charging dock is plugged into a wall outlet. 
  3. You're in the same room as the Jiobit device. 
  4. Does the LED light blink red and green? 

General troubleshooting

  1. Turn on/off your phone's Bluetooth settings
  2. Reboot your phone
