Initial checklist
- Jiobit is powered on.
- Please make sure the charging dock is plugged into a wall outlet.
- You're in the same room as the Jiobit device.
- Does the LED light blink red and green?
General troubleshooting
- Turn on/off your phone's Bluetooth settings
- Reboot your phone
